  1. Automatic Delivery: Our seamless pattern files are automatically delivered to you upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to provide refunds once the files have been delivered.

  2. Non-Refundable: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, compatibility issues, or customer error in purchasing.

  3. Copyright Protection: Our seamless pattern files are protected by copyright. By purchasing and downloading our files, you agree to use them for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of our files is strictly prohibited.

  4. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality seamless patterns. If you encounter any technical issues with the files, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of your purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide assistance.

  5. License Agreement: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the seamless patterns for personal and non-commercial purposes. The ownership and intellectual property rights of the files remain with our business.

 

Physical Products

  • Time Frame: You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a return.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at chantelmatiasdesigns@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your communication.
  • Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
